There is a story behind this property. Señor Conde Asalto, the tutor of a young man called Joan Ventosa Juliachs, was so impressed by the architectural genius of his pupil that he proposed to the young man that they form a construction company. These two enterprising gentlemen began to construct magnificent properties in the municipality of Banyeres de Penedes. It was here, among the gentle undulation of the vineyards, they built houses in the French Provencal style, combining natural materials such as wood and stone to create spacious interiors with a warm and inviting ambience. Such was the success of their endeavors, they eventually constructed an entire suburban neighborhood. And here is where we find Torre La Nonna, a sumptuous property just an hour from Barcelona that reflects the passion of its creators, 314 meters of lavish Provencal architecture.
So, to the details of the house. There are various outhouses and storage sheds dotted through-out. And here is something of interest. So who is this property for? One answer might be anyone with good taste and a healthy bank balance. However, this property once was an event-centre that hosted weddings and conferences, provided accommodation and catering.
