The 'HERDADE DA SANTA INGRACIA' with an overall area of 60 hectares, is located in the Estremoz Region. This property includes 25 hectares of vineyards in production, a winery with a covered area of 600 m², a Finished Product Warehouse (Wines) with 300 m², a Machine/Tool Park also covered with 600 m², a workshop and warehouse with 70 m², a Hangar for vehicles and tools with 120 m², and 4 artesian wells, three of which have a flow rate exceeding 10,000 m³/hour. The wines produced on the estate are highly regarded and consumed by the best restaurants in the country. The annual production includes about 100,000 bottles of high-quality wine.
The estate also consists of 9 hectares of Queen Claudia Plum Orchard, producing about 180 tons/year, Stanley Plum (pollinator) 20 tons, and 4 hectares of Apricot trees producing 30 tons, all high-quality fruit, in full production and with guaranteed market outlets. There is an additional clean, continuous land that can be used in the future for vineyards or orchards, with another 20 hectares.
Access to the estate is good and fully passable. It has electricity, and there is also the possibility of building a Single Family House, the so-called farmer's house. In addition to an existing single-story Hill House adjoining the winery with 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom, which needs some renovation work. It is about 1.5 hours from Lisbon and 5 minutes from the Health Center, Schools, and all Public Services.
