Silence is prioritized. This construction has an almost zero energy demand and is very efficient. A stable temperature is maintained almost year-round, with an ideal humidity level and a ventilation system that filters the air 24/7.
Rainwater recovery has been considered, and since there is no sewer system, black water is filtered through bio-purification.
A biomass boiler is used (for sanitary water) and wood stoves for heating.The electrical installation is bio-compatible.
The property consists on the main hotel of 800m², of which 600m² are habitable, with several porches and terraces. It is also ideal as a private residence. It is set on a plot of land of 5,000m², designed for a permaculture project, featuring an organic garden, a food forest with fruit trees, a natural pond, and a yard for animals.
The house has a total of 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 1 toilet, divided as following: On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall, spacious kitchen with a central island and exit to the garden. The kitchen opens up to 2 large living/dining areas. There are also 4 bedrooms, two of which are suites, and one service room, laundry room, toilet, linen room, and boiler room.
