Description
"Can Salí" is the name of this impressive estate less than 15 minutes from the sea port of Palma. Due to its size, cultivation and construction, it is part of the cultural and architectural heritage of the island. The extensive plot is located in "Es Secar de la Real", a privileged residential neighborhood in the northern district of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands.
This spectacular plot has a large 501 m2 house to renovate, whose façade is typical Balearic architecture of the "Possessions", built in 1887. We attach a proposal for renovation of the home that respects the typical Balearic architectural construction.
