Built on the foundations of a 13th century Templar Commandery, destroyed at the beginning of the 19th century, the architect Pascal Lepaige built from 1830 a hunting lodge which was enlarged into a real castle in 1890 by Honoré Vianne.
In a dominant position between Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand, on 15.3 ha of woods and meadows with 2 ponds, this imposing castle in perfect condition harmoniously combines the memory of the past and the charm of the present. Neo-Gothic building combining medieval civil and military architecture: crenellations, machicolations, watchtower, etc … the castle is fully protected as a Historic Monument.
The 1,700m² offer a large number of bedrooms, all with complete sanitary facilities, and large and beautiful lounges with unique woodwork.
