The properties are located in the municipality of São João da Pesqueira, distributed across the parishes of Casais do Douro (Sede), Ervedosa do Douro, Sarzedinho and Castanheiro do Sul.

White grape varieties: Syria, Roupeiro, Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, Viosinho, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira
Vineyard with 7 ha of drip irrigation, with two water tanks coming from a borehole. Tanks with 500 thousand liters and 1 million liters, respectively.
Authorization for 102 benefit kites.
Wine House :
Consisting of a building with 600m2 of gross construction area and 7000 m2 of vineyard
Inside the cellar there are: around 35 vats of various sizes; Fermentation equipment, press, bottling, corking, labeling, capping, small. laboratory, office, testing room and a Forklift.
Cellar Stock:
- 48 thousand liters of organic and non-bio DOC wine.
- 130 thousand liters of organic and non-bio port wine
- 500 liters of organic brandy.
Warehouse next to the Winery:
The winery has granite presses for traditional winemaking and reserves and large reserves are normally produced there.
Quinta da Esteveira has several houses to be restored in the upper part of the farm with stunning views of the 43 Ha of vineyards.
