COSTS
Upon signing the lease agreement, the following payments are required:
Rent: 2,900 euros/month, plus additional costs according to consumption (approx. 300 euros in winter, approx. 100 euros in summer).
Security deposit: 5,800 euros
Agency fee: 2,900 euros (plus VAT 22%)
LOCATION
