The kitchen has been reimagined with extensive quartz countertops, decorator cabinets with custom backsplash and a new stainless appliance package. The unique dining zone cleverly integrates the four-top table and two extra seats at the dining-bar with the kitchen creating a perfect entertainment hub. After a chef's meal, retire to the living area for a movie or just be mesmerized by the westerly panorama dominated by Mt. Emmons. Better yet, step into the view on the outdoor patio for a night cap under the cool Rocky Mountain setting sun. The new LVP wood floors carry into both bedrooms and the new wooden doors add to the distinctive mountain feel of the home. The primary suite sports a king bed adorned by a stylish accent wall and bathed in natural light from the picture window. The associated bathroom feels like spa with the fresh look and eye-catching tiled tub/shower. This area also houses the washer/dryer (sometimes a rare amenity in smaller condos) and a generous pantry.
