- The buildings cannot exceed the maximum number of 1 floor above the threshold level, with a facade height of 3.5 m, with the exception of the Rural Hotel modality, which allows 2 floors above the threshold level, and the morphology of the terrain and the landscape characteristics of the site must be respected;
- According to the plans of the PDM it is verified that the building is inserted in a rural area with the classifications of Agricultural or forest spaces and Spaces of multiple use agro- silvopastoral, being partially covered by arable land.
