Masterfully curated by the Milanese architecture studio Fondamenta, led by architects Francesca Gagliardi and Federico Rossi, every detail of the property has been conceived to create a space of refined comfort. Thanks to interior design by Molteni, the furnishings harmoniously integrate with the surrounding environment, while bathrooms curated by Antonio Lupi Design offer moments of relaxation and wellness, exuding energy with their lava stone tiles. Light plays a fundamental role in this residence, thanks to the lighting design project by Mario Nanni, who has skillfully positioned Viabizzuno lighting fixtures, true works of art and light engineering, making every corner of the house even more evocative.
The Secco Sistemi fixtures, with their understated elegance and ultra-thin profiles, add a touch of modernity to the large windows, allowing one to fully enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views surrounding the Cava Boutique Home. The gardens are skillfully tended in a Mediterranean style using exclusively native plants. The outdoor spaces, tastefully furnished by the innovative company Houe, are unusual and very evocative. The infinity pool by Piscine Deluxe, complete with a beach area, is set within the quarry, offering a stunning view of the surrounding beauty. The solarium area, furnished with sun loungers and tables, is an oasis of relaxation, while the chromotherapy hot tub by Treesse adds a touch of luxury and wellness to the experience.
