Description
In Corso Como, between Garibaldi and Gae Aulenti, this large attic, approximately 160 m2, occupies the top floor of a building from the first thirty years of the 20th century. The charm of the attic takes on a new look following a recent renovation; the layout enhanced the brightness by enhancing the natural light of the interiors with the windows in the living-dining area overlooking the terrace. A sliding glass window: a large picture that frames the small terrace facing east, facing the pedestrian area.
In the interiors, the color project plays on two colors with warm tones: that of the wood on the floor and that of the ceramics that cover the rooms of service, from beige to gray which give the rooms a welcoming and harmonious appearance.
The entrance opens into the living area, a large area divided into three rooms separated by two small walls that clearly separate the banquet/TV area from the dining room with open kitchen which develops on three "iron-shaped" sides of horse": on one side the wardrobe made up of containment columns, on the other the sink area inserted under the window and between the wall units, thus creating a gap towards the outside that is not excessively large but equally suggestive, and finally the operational-cooking area with burners.
The corridor leads to the sleeping area in which we find:
-The bathroom accessible from the corridor is mainly for guest/laundry use.
-the two bedrooms are double and both with exit to the small terrace.
-the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with window, large walk-in closet finished with lacquered MDF wardrobes and small terrace.
A double garage completes the property.
