in a good state of preservation, renovated not more than 15 years ago, the coverings of the main rooms
are in terracotta tiles and those of the services in ceramic tiles. The doors are wooden, the fixtures
are new aluminum with double-glazing, not particularly valuable. The plastered walls are painted
in breathable tempera and are in a good state of repair. The entrance hall is entirely
suspended ceiling and finished with a linear ornamental cornice. From the entrance hall, one can see the windows
of the living area, this gives the entrance a certain perception of light and a relative feeling
