The history of the house is, of course, linked to that of the village of Torre, which was founded around the 9th century, and to that of the picturesque territory in which it is situated. Its position overlooking the lake and the layout of the house, with its circular walls, are testimony to the traces of history that have been preserved thanks to renovations that have not altered the character of the house, while at the same time preserving the privacy and tranquillity of the past.
The entrance gate leads to the courtyard and garden, decorated with plants and a characteristic stone wash-house, overlooked by the old barn, now used as an open-air reception area for guests, equipped with a ping-pong table and barbecue.
The side porch leads to the main villa, which is spread over four floors and served by an internal lift.
On the ground floor there is a hobby room with vaulted ceiling and exposed brickwork, used as a billiards room, and the large kitchen with its imposing original stone fireplace.
There are five bedrooms on the three upper floors and a small living area (approx. 35m2) with a double bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, which can accommodate up to 16 people.

The residence overlooks a large flat garden, well planted with herbs and fruit trees. There is also a swimming pool: an ideal place to relax on hot summer days and to entertain guests.
Within the property there is also a two-storey rustic house, overlooking the inner courtyard, to be renovated should further space be desired.
The lake with its beaches and all services are only 5 minutes away.
