Terrazze Fedro is a breathtaking project, the result of the collaboration between the International Studio MAD Architects, the SCE Project Group, and Arch. Stefano La Greca Bertacchi. It redefines the concept of living in Rome.
The complex's commanding position, surrounded by lush gardens and tree-lined avenues, offers expansive terraces with views stretching from St. Peter's Dome and the Vatican to the Vittoriano and the historic city center.
With its delicate lines, as if molded and shaped in clay, the architecture envisioned by the designer is unique and distinctive. Its beautiful loggias and terraces bestow ambitious forms with sophisticated stylistic and aesthetic balance.
This concept embraces an interior design of refined and innovative spaces: each of the 30 apartments at Terrazze Fedro offers a unique experience framed by a captivating architectural and landscape setting.
In this splendid setting, we offer a three-room apartment on the first floor with a commercial area of 100 sqm, divided into 86 sqm of interior space and 42 sqm of large covered terrace. From the entrance, you access the living room with an open kitchen that opens onto the large panoramic covered terrace.
