Description
A flat plot in Kondarena of 717 meters, builds 240 s.q. meters. The plot is next to the road from Nidri to Vasiliki and therefore has a very good access. The plot is flat and could easily be used for touristic or small industrial purposes. Kontaraina is a small village of Lefkada, at a distance of about 3.5 km from Vasiliki and the beach where there are many facilities for water sports. Cruising along the eastern coast after Vasiliki bay, the visitor encounters two wonderful sandy beaches, one better than the other. The first is called Agiofyli and the second Ammousso. The usually calm and crystal clear waters of the Ionian invite the traveler to cool off in their arms.
