The beautiful property, a villa from the 1950s, was completely renovated in 2021, is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms (the others have fans) and has mosquito nets in all rooms.
It is located 10 minutes walk from the port and the Marina beach which is the closest to reach.
The house is very comfortable and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
It is therefore composed of four bedrooms of which double, one with two single beds and one with a "French" bed. The two non-double rooms are connected and communicating. Three bathrooms, two of which have a shower, sink, toilet and shower bidet and a blind complete with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. The villa has a double entrance, one from the terrace which leads to the living room and one from the large entrance to the living room 8 people, the TV area and the bookcase where you will find a sofa and a large desk (equipped with a printer).
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, 30lt microwave oven and electric kettle.
The washing machine is available on request.
The villa is in a convenient location for the many shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and food available from the Navy. The supermarket is a few minutes walk away.
The whole house is completely accessible to guests with the exception of some containers which have been reserved for the property and closed to guests.

The reception has a nice entrance with a sitting room and a dining table for eight people, there is also a library with a desk and a sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new gas hobs and electric oven, 30 lt microwave, kettle and dishwasher while washing machine is available to use on request.
The property is conveniently located for the Marina center where you can find bars, restaurants, shops, groceries, banks and ice creams.
A supermarket is a few minutes walking distance.
The place is fully accessible except for some cupboards in the lounge, a wardrobe and the china cabinet in the corridor, the upper part of the wardrobe in the blue bedroom, the storage room and the cellar .
