The large pool, at a short distance from the buildings to ensure privacy, is ideal for taking a swim, sunbathing and enjoying a drink in the shade of the gazebo. There is also a small soccer pitch and a perimeter walk lined by olive trees. The property is fully fenced and has an automatic gate. It has ample parking space and covered parking for two cars.
