The property offers fully irrigated and certified land for organic agriculture, divided as follows:
• 39 hectares of Nocellara del Belice olive groves, dedicated to the production of table olives and organic extra virgin olive oil.
• 13 hectares of vineyards, certified BIO-DOC-IGP.
• 3 hectares of organic Wanderful-one pomegranates.
• 12 hectares of uprooted vineyards, with replanting rights that can be realized with the non-repayable contribution of the CAP (approximately 80% of the investment), currently sown with legumes or ancient grains.
Next to the resort stands the main house of approximately 250 square meters, while a modern shed of about 500 square meters is intended for the shelter of indispensable agricultural machinery and equipment. It is important to note that these equipment and machinery are included in the sale price.
