Covering 210 sq. m, the ground floor comprises an entrance hall with cloakroom and toilet, a large living room with fireplace and television opening onto the garden through French windows, a dining room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen (large fridge and freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) opening onto the garden and a covered terrace with table, chairs and plancha, a pantry and a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities).
Also, on the ground floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms overlooking the garden: one with a queen-size bed, en-suite shower room (double washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet) and dressing room, and the other with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room (double washbasin, walk-in shower, separate toilet) and dressing room.
The first floor comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 single beds or 1 king-size, a bathroom with twin basins and a bath, and a separate WC.
In the 1,850 sq. m enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers, a 31 sq. m ''mazet'' offering a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, a television, a dressing room and a shower room (double washbasin, walk-in shower and separate toilet), a pool-house with outdoor lounge and toilet and a 4.5 x 12 m swimming pool secured by an automatic shutter and heated from April to October. Outside these periods, heating will be charged at EUR 700 per week.
Bed linen and towels provided once a week, 3-hour intermediate cleaning, pool and garden maintenance included.
