The facade will be made with 16 cm EPS insulation, the top layer in a white tone. The access to the canopy will be asphalted. The parking spaces will be on a reinforced concrete slab. The walkways and the terrace will be paved with cobblestones, and gravel will be laid around the house. The plots measure between 252 and 345 m2, are connected by cascades, with beautiful green areas.
