SON LLADO ESTATE
This Finca is one of five plots, belonging to the "Son Llado" estate.
This estate is approximately 900 years old, and was established in the era of the Moors. The distinctive red clay soil, characteristic for the Campos area, was the inspiration for the name of this remarkable project: "Sòl Roig" - The Red Earth.
PROJECT SOL ROIG
Situated in a private enclave, the properties of "Sol Ròig" offer utmost privacy while remaining conveniently close to the marina and "Es Trenc" beach. Each is accessed by a private, lengthy driveway that opens to these exclusive Fincas.
5 PLOTS
Unique to the island, this collection of five adjacent properties boasts unparalleled size. For this prestigious location, spanning more than 171,000 m², five building permits have already been granted, and two properties have already been built.
Moreover, all five projects benefit from pre-existing building permits, enabling the construction of a larger living space than currently allowed by today’s building and zoning regulations.
