Classical residence finished to the highest standard. The selection of the material was carried out extremely carefully. The entrance hall and the stairs connecting the floors are finished in pink marble and stucco. Fireplace in the living room is made of natural stone which refers to the design of the whole residence. Ornate coffered ceiling in the dining room, which was bought at auction, was originally the pride of the castles of the Loire. All is completed by a chandelier bought at auction in Modena. The bathroom situated near the main bedroom is made of white marble. Noteworthy is also a French conservatory on the first floor, which is a natural extension of the main bedroom area and the bathroom. In the back premises there are technical rooms, a garage, the main kitchen, staff rooms, wardrobe, and a pantry. What makes the residence stand out is a swimming pool. The intention of the designers was not to take up the space of the building, hence the idea to build it under the area of the garden. The surface of the room finished with travertine is over 150 sq m and of the swimming pool – 52 sq m. The idea of the location, the project realization, and the way to of finishing the residence meet requirements of the most demanding tests. The room is equipped with a sauna which can also be reached from the summerhouse converted into a gym. In its history, this luxurious villa was rented twice as a residence of the Ambassador of Brazil.
