Description
Palazzo Raggi: an outstanding eighteenth-century palace of an ancient noble family, in the heart of Rome, in Via del Gambero 8, between Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon, comes back to life.
Designed by the Architects Firms Tamburini and dL Engineering in Rome (restoration) and Scandurra in Milan (interior design), this palace has undergone a complete restoration offering all today's comforts, with great respect for the original materials and preserving the charm of the era. The aristocratic entrance leads into modern rooms, conceived in detail, in line with the needs of everyday life. Three monumental staircases, together with the latest generation of lifts, serve the various floors where one finds 28 flats. All the apartments are unique and different from each other. Each apartment has a distinctive name, taking inspiration from the great Italian Maestri: painters, sculptors, poets and composers.
The "Raffaello" apartment, located on the second floor in staircase C, consists of a large entrance hall, which leads to the living area with an extraordinary double exposure; the main room of the living room with open kitchen is placed between the two courtyards, the monumental one of the entrance and the one set up as a garden, with five windows on each side for a spectacular brightness. At the end of the living area, a corridor leads to the service bathroom with hallway. The sleeping area, completely separated from the living area, with direct access from the entrance and pleasant views over the greenery of the main courtyard, consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other large bedrooms and a bathroom, with access from corridor that leads to all the rooms in this area.
