Architecture from the beginning of the 20th century, this character house of 85 m2 raised on one level for renovation promoting the art of living is located on a plot of 198 m2, in the Montredon district. Completely redesigned and enhanced in 2021 by the architecture firm Augustin CHAVAUX in a contemporary vocabulary with Mediterranean features, it is the result of a precise renovation, the desire being to accentuate the different spaces and materials, while retaining the original spirit of the place. Access is via the garden and the pretty sunny terrace, whose clarity of the South-West orientation is palpable. From the entrance, the codes are clear and harmonious, creating a warm atmosphere, with warm tones as a common thread: wood, a terracotta screen, the original tiles on the floor, supported by perfect finishes and furniture. China. The light illuminates the elements, and the charm operates. The living room is vibrant with its mix of colors. It is fitted with a stove which warms the space. Crossing, the room extends on one side onto the front terrace, and on the other onto a patio sheltered from the sun. The recessed kitchen is adorned with a poured concrete worktop, and extends into a dining area. On the night side, three bedrooms, two of which are in the attic with a sea view, a bathroom and a shower room optimize the family-style place.
