Description
The property consists of an apartment located in the historic center of the city of Siena, in a historic 14th century building. The property is located on the 3rd floor of a building and has a commercial surface area of _140_ square meters. The apartment has the following boundaries: condominium stairs, adjacent apartment and city streets, as it is free on three sides. The property is accessed through a large wooden door that leads to an atrium where the large marble staircase leading to the various apartments is located. Going up 3 flights of white marble stairs, you find yourself in front of a small and narrow landing on which there are two entrances, one of which is for the property in question. Entering through the security door you find yourself in a large hallway where there is a dining table and the entrance of two double bedrooms (one with a small balcony), the kitchen and a bathroom overlook. All the rooms described up to now have windows. One of the double bedrooms actually corresponds to the living room and is temporarily closed by a removable wooden wall. To the left of the entrance, going up a few steps you arrive at an area of the attic house where there is a hallway used as a TV room, a corridor that leads to another hallway used as a laundry room, another hallway closed by a built-in wardrobe, a double bedroom and another bathroom preceded by a hallway with another built-in wardrobe. All rooms have windows and/or skylights. The external wall of the entrance to the building is in white limestone, typical of Sienese buildings in the Middle Ages, the rear wall, however, that overlooks the back is in red bricks, also typical of the buildings of the time. Internally the property has plastered walls and painted white, the floors are in natural-colored parquet - the bathroom floor and the wall coverings of both bathrooms, however, are ceramic tiles. The internal fixtures are in natural-colored wood with double glazing, the external ones are brown wooden shutters.
