An enchanting property that began life as a watchtower and communication tower in 1200, positioned on a hill with panoramic views in all directions by virtue of its ancient function. It consists of an ancient body, the three-storey tower with Ghibelline merlons, and a later extension of over 400 square metres that makes it widely liveable and comfortable. The structure, built entirely of stone and with ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles, fully respects the traditional building techniques of the period.

Situated a short distance from the Orvietana, a scenic road connecting Todi from Orvieto along the Tiber and Lake Corbara, it is a reference point for a nature trail in the area. All necessary services are located a short distance away.
The geographic position and the altitude of 400 metres above sea level mean that the climate is always mild even in winter and definitely suitable for agriculture and in particular the production of highly prized olive oil.
