The first floor serves a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, equipped with a large double spa bath and a hammam shower, as well as two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The Farm is located on spacious grounds, bordered by the Cassioz stream. It is accessible via the hamlet of Cassioz as well as a private bridge from Chemin des Ivraz which exclusively serves the Ferme de l'Épi and its outbuilding, the Bergerie, which is rented independently. In winter, the access points are regularly cleared of snow. Vehicles must nevertheless have the appropriate equipment for mountain traffic (snow tires or chains). The Farm is located 5 minutes by car from the Praz sur Arly and Megève ski lifts.
La Ferme de l’Épi also offers an outdoor heated swimming pool and a large adjoining terrace.

This chalet adjoining La Ferme de l'Epi, with a capacity of 2 to 6 people depending on the configuration, has on the ground floor a double bedroom equipped with a bathroom, a spacious entrance with a table football as well as a trundle bed offering 2 single beds.
The first floor is made up of a large living room of approximately 66 m2 equipped with a magnificent central fireplace, an open kitchen, a dining area and a mezzanine with an extra double bed (140x200) and a shower room.
