We present a three-storey villa, located in a small village near Colares, overlooking the green landscape of the Sintra Mountains, a UNESCO heritage site.
The villa has two independent entrances. One of the entrances, on the ground floor, gives access to a spacious patio and access to the entrance hall. On this floor we find the kitchen with dining space, a storage space, a bathroom and a living/dining room with direct access to the outside, all rooms with plenty of light and views of the countryside.
On the first floor, we find three bedrooms, one of them a suite and a spacious balcony, overlooking the countryside and plenty of natural light.
On the top floor, we find a large space that is currently used as a living and living area, making it possible to observe the sea and feel the peace and tranquility that surrounds the entire property.
Next to the house we find a plot of land with a walnut tree and a plum tree, space to create a vegetable garden and produce vegetables and fruits for your own consumption. Alternatively, it is also ideal for creating a garden with a swimming pool and a rest area in the middle of nature.
In addition to all this, this is a house that already appears in national and international literature through the book "A house in Portugal" by Richard Hewitt. An American couple, and previous owners, who made the initial recovery of the house, decided to put in a book their personal experience in the renovation of this house. A book that combines humour and the experience of living in Portugal.

It is also very close to the Palace of Monserrate and the social and cultural life of Sintra.
