Description
In the heart of the Salento countryside, in the Scerza Petrose area of the Contrada Scerza of the municipaliy of Sava, in the province of Taranto, just five minutes from the clear sea of Puglia and the beautiful beaches of Campomarino di Maruggio and about twenty-five minutes from Porto Cesareo, stands Villa Zen (an off-plan project). The district is located in the heart of the Salento Mediterranean scrub, between the municipalities of Sava, Torricella and Manduria, in an area that is still wild and untouched, dominated by lush nature scented by olive trees, marine pine, rosemary, and Indian figs.

The fascinating atmosphere of the place and the spirit of the old buildings are enriched solely by new natural elements. This is through the replacement of the old stones with light tuff, a noble local material coming from the quarries of Tremola, another historic district of the area.
The project features a construction of approximately 130 sqm on a plot of almost 5000 sqm. The external surfaces and wooden gazebos total approximately 30 m2. In order of arrival, once you pass the gate, immersed in the greenery, there is an area useful for parking and a beautiful swimming pool, along with a 135 m2 relaxation and nature area deep in the garden.
The villa has a covered entrance patio and a rear veranda with panoramic glass overlooking the garden. A living room complete with dining room, a kitchen, two furnished bedrooms, and two bathrooms inside the bedrooms. An external guest bathroom with an external shower. Furthermore, two warehouses are adjacent to the villa for laundry and pantry use, as well as a barbecue area. In the garden, there is an outbuilding of approximately 20 sq m.
A few steps away, there is a park for the exclusive use of the owners of the villas in Contrada Scerza and Borgo dei Templari, adjacent to the Chapel of Sant'Egidio dating back to the 16th century. The small Templar church features valuable seventeenth-century frescoes on the walls, a crypt of the Knights Templar and is consecrated to the Madonna delle Grazie. More off-plan projects are available in this area. Delivering time: around 10 months. Prices are excluding VAT.
