On the ground floor there is a living room (kitchen, dining room and living room, designed as a unique open-space space), one bedroom and accompanying rooms (sanitary part, laundry room, technical storage room, wardrobe). On the first floor, which is reached by a single flight of stairs, there are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The ground floor leads to a terrace with a pool, which is partly covered by a "full" roof and partly covered by a pergola.
The shape of the main residential building was created with the aim of reinterpreting the traditional architectural form in a modern way (asymmetrical roof, exit on the floor).
Auxiliary facility - pavilion
The subject object will be built as a free-standing object, floor level P, compact rectangular floor plan, with a symmetrical sloping gable roof. There will be a sauna, shower and toilet in the auxiliary building.

The construction of a skimmer-type pool with a gross area of 47.48 m2 (8.50 x 5.15 m) and a water surface of 37.20 m2 (8.00 x 4.65 m) is planned. The engine room of the pool is buried, it is located on the shorter side of the pool (right next to the auxiliary building).
Pergola above the parking area
One (of the total) two parking spaces on the lot will be "covered" with a pergola. The pergola is a semi-recessed type - its "closed" side (reinforced concrete wall) will fit into the pergola on the neighboring plot.

Non-load-bearing internal walls
The non-load-bearing interior walls will be made of plasterboard on a metal substructure, treated with bandaging, smoothing and painting with dispersive paints or covered with ceramic tiles.
The floor
Depending on the purpose and character of the room, the final treatment of the floors is planned - with parquet or ceramic tiles.
Ceilings
In part of the room, a suspended ceiling made of plasterboard panels on a suspended metal substructure will be constructed, treated with bandaging, smoothing and painting with dispersive paints.
Exterior and interior locksmithing/carpentry
The external lock is made of aluminum, glazed with three-layer IZO glass, in RAL 7016 - anthracite color. External locks are protected from the sun by electric blinds (placed in boxes built into the facade, under the plaster).
The interior joinery will be veneered with wood. Staircase
The internal staircase is made of reinforced concrete, lined with wood paneling, with a metal railing.
