EL MANZANO
97.5 hectare farm, in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park.
It is an old Spa from the beginning of the 20th century with registered buildings for a total of 1500 square meters, in a good general state of conservation.
It has a spring of mineral-medicinal water, and another of drinking water for agricultural and livestock use.
The farm consists of three main buildings.
1° An old Hotel from 1915, with 17 rooms, a large living room, a kitchen plus work area, an entrance and reception with a living room and piano bar, several service areas.

2nd service building. A cistern, 350 m/2, on which there is an open nave of the same size, this being the most deteriorated building.
3° Two parallel buildings with 8 individual apartments, several of them in use, in addition, it consists of a daycare house, or home, an information kiosk and a religious chapel. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the property, with direct access to a large parking area. All just a few kilometers from the town of Almonaster la Real.
