Built inside the former Dreher brewery, the loft uses the space as a single volume, preserving the external structure and rethinking the interior spaces whilst retaining its industrial charm.
The property is developed on two levels: on the main floor there is a reception hall with a lounge and a large bookcase that covers one of the walls, in stark contrast to the opposite wall, which is free of decorative elements, creating careful contrasts of light. The almost 5-metre original ceilings in the living area, deliberately restored, emphasise the scenic character of this loft.
The property is within walking distance of the “Palanca” vaporetto stop, from which water buses depart for St Mark’s, Venice Lido, Ferrovia and Piazzale Roma. Harry’s Dolci and the Hilton Hotel with its rooftop cocktail bar are a 5 minute walk away. The Fortuny Museum is within walking distance, while local shops and craft workshops, small restaurants and bars dot the neighbourhood.
