Note 1: Regarding the central portion inserted in a green protection zone, almost all of it is expected to be transferred to the public domain. Two leisure facilities (children's playground and 5-a-side football field) and commercial equipment are located in this area, connected by a pedestrian route that also establishes a connection to the differences in elevations, with all the remaining space being landscaped.
