CHIANTI, southern area of Florence, San Polo in Chianti, an ancient and noble villa, was owned by the historic and important Florentine Pitti family. The main villa is free on three sides and is divided into two cadastral units.

- Third floor: large study room with wooden beamed ceiling of approximately 55 m2 with terracotta staircase leading to the Tower.
