From the entrance hall, to the left we have a double bedroom, perfectly furnished, with bathroom en suite. To the right we find the large living-dining room, which has a gas fireplace and a billiard table, as well as an exit to the pool porch area, which has an outdoor table and chairs.
Also, on the right hand side and with access from the hall and the living room we have the kitchen, furnished and equipped. Next to the kitchen and the living room we have a double bedroom, equipped with shower. On this floor there is also a bathroom.
Going up the stairs we have the other three bedrooms, one of them with dressing room and bathroom en suite, with access to the terrace over the swimming pool.
On the ground floor, in the pool area, we have sun loungers, rocking chairs and parasols.
At the rear we have a garage and outdoor parking area for three cars, with access from another street.
