The climatic constraints did not hinder the architectural creativity and became the driving force behind this project. In an ecological process, the proximity of the South (hot) and North (cold) facades induced by the building's long and narrow shape provides it with natural conditioning by convection. This, combined with rigorous thermal insulation, significantly reduces unnecessary energy expenses while allowing large windows opening onto deep terraces.
