Architecture is one of the branches that studies beauty, in this house it is expressed through the coined “less is more.” They consider the spaces that flow and connect, the elegance both in the choice of materials and details and in the separation of the spaces, and the impeccable resolution of its double height in favor of greater openness of the space. This home, located in the exclusive Torre en Conill urbanization, has a constructed area of approximately 350m2 on a plot that extends over approximately 1,100m2. Upon entering the house, we discover an open hall whose center is an impressive spiral staircase. It is difficult for a staircase to get all the attention, but in this case it almost does because looking at it takes you to a gallery where contemporary things shine. To the left of this space we find the night area, where, on the one hand, there are two bedrooms served by a full bathroom. This space is very versatile; and on the other, at the end of the hallway is the master bedroom that has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. When you go up the stairs, there is a huge hall that leads to two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom each. If we go to the other wing of the house, we find the day area, where life is lived together. It is a space that combines the living room, dining room and American kitchen with the enormous terrace and garden. The huge windows that surround the construction favor this feeling of fluidity, whose leaves, when integrated with the structure of the house, completely open the interior with its green area. This house is unique because it is simple and at the same time, a work of art.
