Description
Leaving the state road, one travels along a flat road immersed in a large green meadow, gradually ascending gently and arriving at the entrance gate of the property where one is greeted by a row of cypresses typical of the Tuscan Maremma. One has the feeling of being projected into a fairy-tale atmosphere where vegetation and scents are the protagonists and surround the farmhouse currently arranged on two levels.

The land of 130000 square meters is slightly hilly but adjacent to the farmhouse is flat .Among centuries-old trees stand out the olive trees , you can count 780 plants , well maintained and producing the precious and renowned Tuscan oil . Part of the land is currently devoted to the vegetable garden easily manageable thanks to the presence of two wells within the estate .

Location
Talamone is a small town in Maremma, located south of the Uccellina Mountains.
