Synonymous with centrality and prestige, downtown is home to city icons such as the waterfront and important institutions such as the National Bank of Angola, ministries, the headquarters of oil companies such as Sonangol, Esso and BP, bank headquarters and the headquarters of Jornal Nacional. In the housing variant, the project envisages two four-bedroom apartments per floor and up to four one-bedroom apartments per floor. The office variant has a maximum of four units per floor.
