Donato Val di Comino, concludes the fireplace of the outbuilding to be completed made with bricks of Spigno Saturnia. The external portals in Belmonte Castello stone are handmade by a Casalvieri craftsman with a 17th century style reproduction, while the internal ones are all in hand-hammered Lecce stone. The processing of the internal plaster was carried out with excellent material and heat-treated clay, while that of the external plaster (grouting around the stones) was carried out with Fossanova sand in pure silicon. The access staircase to the upper floor is made of stone hammered by stonemasons from Belmonte Castello, the handrail of the stairwell was made of handmade wrought iron. The outdoor table on the porch was made with hand-forged iron and 50-year-old seasoned chestnut wood.
