One of the primary objectives of the company is to manage the crops organically, guaranteeing that they are grown in an environmentally friendly manner entirely. The 150 square metre cellar, located in the upper part of the property, is the heart of the farm and is in perfect structural and aesthetic condition. Inside, there are various rooms for the transformation and processing of the grapes. The roof of the building is equipped with a photovoltaic system that supplies electricity to part of the building.
The property comprises 11 stone and masonry buildings and large pools. These buildings, which have an extraordinary view, are totally in need of renovation for a total of 530 square metres. The possibility of recovering them would serve as a supporting element to create a high-level receptive activity linked to the company’s eco-biological ideals.
