The Rocca al Mare Hotel is a three-story building completed in 2008, with additional developed attic and basement floors. It was designed and built specifically as a hotel, featuring 41 guest rooms, a restaurant, SPA, and essential general and service areas. The guest rooms and common areas are regularly updated, and the building is in a good condition.

Intermediate Floors: Reinforced concrete panels.
Roof: Timber trusses with a sheet metal roof.

Heating: Central heating based on its own gas boiler.

Layout and Rooms:
The first floor houses the reception area, bar, restaurant with kitchen and necessary auxiliary spaces like storage, staff rooms, etc., office space, one double room adapted for guests with mobility impairments, and restrooms. Beside the restaurant, there's an outdoor terrace.
Guest rooms are located from the second floor up to the attic floor.
The basement floor includes SPA facilities - pool, sauna, changing rooms, rooms for massage and beauty services, two guest rooms, laundry room, and technical rooms.
