Description
164-hectare field located in the Folilco sector in the commune of Los Lagos. It has a mostly flat depositional fluvial origin topography, and it has been worked with grains and lime amendments to improve acidity and phosphorus availability, enhancing soil quality over the last 3 years.
Approximately 90% of the field is arable and well-suited for grain cultivation and/or fruit tree planting. The southern boundary extends for 5,500 meters along the Punahue River, and to the north, it borders the paved T-45 road connecting Los Lagos to Lake Riñihue.
Due to its topography, soil quality, location, and registered water availability (83.3 lt/second), the field is ideal for livestock, dairy, or grain production.
