The house is fully equipped, with a style designed by Vida de Vila, inspired by the rustic-chic architecture of Trancoso. In the living area there is an open-plan kitchen integrated into the spacious living room, which is divided into several environments. There also is an office and leisure areas that include a playground for children. The large outdoor area comprises a swimming pool and a small soccer field overlooking the sea. The landscaping and decoration were designed by Licuri and Juliana Favarato.
