The villa is not under the supervision of any preservationists. The Czech owners managed the beautifully combine Art Nouveau interior design and modern technological elements of living.
The reconstruction of the villa took place in 2001 and has preserved the original charm that you feel when you enter the house. The house has original furniture, but also selected stylish replicas. The useful area of the house is more than 500 m2 and offers space for airy living.
It is located on a plot of land of more than 3,000 m2 with a beautiful garden that offers a wonderful view of the Church of Our Lady of Help, but also space for organizing various garden parties.
The quiet surroundings of the villa offer many interesting places where you can go for walks or bike trips.
Villa Eiška is located in Eastern of Bohemia, close to the town Luže, which lies of 130 km east of Prague, 22 km east of Chrudim and 15 km south of Vysoké Mýto, on the border of the Elbe Lowland and the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. The nearest exit of the D35 - 157 highway (approx. 12 km).
The proximity of the geological fault led to the appearance of many rare and interesting natural formations in the vicinity (sandstone formations "Toulovcovy Mantle", nature reserve "Poklona"). A clean environment was maintained in Luže basin. The pollution rate is almost zero. The village is located in a wooded landscape in close proximity to the water protection zone and takes care to implement ecological programs. There is no large industrial enterprise in Luže or in the wider surroundings, which has a significantly positive effect on the essentially spa-like climatic character of this environment. An example is the famous Hamza's rehabilitation hospital Košumberk.
