Description
Located in the centre of a large park, helping the extraordinary scenographic effect of the entire complex, Palazzo Estate proposes a splendid and prestigious Villa in the hilly area of Conegliano, Veneto. The entire area has been recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The building is impressive and dates back to the 17th century and is attributed to the work of the Venetian architect Baldassarre Longhena.
From the entrance, a long avenue runs through the entire property and climbs up to an elegant Italian garden, consisting of gravel paths, between clover and lozenge-shaped box hedges and centuries-old trees
The building features a regular “T” plan on two levels plus a basement. Remarkable are the architectural aspects, in particular the south facade which is tripartite, symmetrical, with a central tympanum and corner parts protruding like a torricino. The main floor is reached via a wide staircase with two consecutive flights with a wrought-iron balustrade.
The internal distribution, in the compositional tradition of the Venetian villa, reflects the tripartition found on the facade. Inside the villa, there are elegant fireplaces and precious marble.
Swimming pool and outbuilding are equipped with every comfort. Possibility of buying at a very strong discount, even the bare ownership. More information on request.
