The next phases will be as follows:
2nd phase: 1 T2 + 1 T1 + common bathroom
3rd phase: 4 T1, common bathroom
4th phase: Swimming pool
The project was specifically designed to access the 'Supply Line' subsidy from Turismo de Portugal, which covers 80% of the investment in construction. The subsidy application is being handled by the seller.
