~Fantastic village house of 317 m2 built in Ariany.~It is located in a plot of 245m2 in the centre of the village.~This emblematic house with high ceilings and wooden beams, dating from 200 years ago is divided in 2 floors.~It has a stone façade of approx. 12 m2.~Entering the house you will find a spacious and bright living room with large windows.
