The organic wine and olive oil farm is an important productive reality. The farm features the winery of about 400 sq. m. with vat cellar, bottling, storage and aging area in addition to a display/sales area and offices. On the first floor of about 395 square meters large apartment with kitchen, large living room and four double bedrooms with two bathrooms in addition to a large room once used as a barn. Various outbuildings for storage and warehouse use serve the farm.

The farmhouse and cellar are in excellent condition. The cellar has been equipped to perform the whole process of winemaking and production of the excellent Tuscan olive oil. The organic farm has about 40 hectares of land cultivated as follows: about 182,000 square meters of olive grove (about 100 plants/Ha, BIO from 2022); 70,000 square meters of vineyard (Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot), plants less than 20 years old in addition to 5,000 square meters under construction (grapes for Vin Santo), about 20,000 square meters of arable land and 120,000 square meters of forest. The land planted with olive trees is about 7.5 hectares
