Description
Old Baserri located in Laukiz, one of the towns in Spain with the highest income per capita. It has a garden with large ornamental trees that give different atmospheres to the enclave. ~Exteriorly it has different buildings, such as an old wood oven (it would need to be updated), a garage and a space for farm implements. It also has an outdoor kitchen where you can enjoy with family or friends being outdoors but sheltered under a roof. and with a lot of ~privacy.~~Entering the house we find a large living room joined with the open kitchen where you can rest or receive visitors. On the ground floor we would have a large bathroom and access to the outdoor kitchen so that when you are with guests you could have everything at the same height and without having to go up or down stairs.~~There is already the second floor where we find the four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large hall dominated by a large glass window that overlooks the covered area of the outdoor kitchen.
